Rebecca Rodriquez
President
Lieutenant Rebecca Rodriquez is a 22 year veteran of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. She has worked a variety of assignments and gained valuable experience at each position and rank. She is currently assigned as the Operations Lieutenant at Inmate Services Bureau located at the Sherman Block Building, in Monterey Park.Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and her Masters of Science Degree in Emergency Services Administration from California State University, Long Beach.She has been married for 10 years to her husband Troy, a Sergeant on the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and a 22 year veteran of the United States Marine Corp. Rebecca enjoys photography, cycling and has proudly ridden in the Police Unity Tour, to honor those who have died in the line of duty.
Hollie Savage
Vice-President
Hollie Savage serves as the Community Services Supervisor for the La Verne Police Department. She has been with La Verne Police Department since 2015. With a focus on fostering connections between law enforcement and the community, Hollie's responsibilities include organizing and leading various community-based events such as Open House, Every 15 Minutes, National Night Out, Citizen’s Academy, and Neighborhood Watch initiatives.In addition to her event coordination duties, Hollie manages the department’s social media presence and serves as the Public Information Officer, effectively utilizing her positive attitude and boundless energy to engage with the community on multiple platforms.Elected as a Member at Large of the Women Leaders in Law Enforcement of Los Angeles County (WLLEofLAC) Executive Board in 2019, Hollie has played an integral role in organizing and hosting both in-person and virtual luncheons. Embracing her position with enthusiasm, she eagerly anticipates her tenure as Vice President, eager to continue contributing to the WLLEofLAC's mission of empowerment and mentorship for women in law enforcement.Hollie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and previously worked a paralegal, certified by the American Bar Association. She has two children, Cannon, 26 and Maddox, 15. She and her fiancé Gene, who also works for the City of La Verne have been together for 18 years.
Rebekah Biedermann
Treasurer
Rebekah Biedermann began her Law Enforcement Career in 1991, as a Police Explorer, then moved onto what would be her lifelong career in 1994, when she was hired as a Public Safety Dispatcher with the La Habra Police Department. Since that time, she has worked for West Cities Police Communications, serving as a training officer and Chino Police Department where she served as an acting lead and Communications Training Officer. She was involved in the agency’s CAD/RMS transition project and a member of the department’s Training Cadre. In 2018, Rebekah accepted a position with the La Verne Police Department as the Communications Supervisor. Rebekah currently holds her Emergency Number Professional (ENP) certification and has attended the NENA Center Manager Certification Course. She is a graduate of the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute Class #450. In addition to her supervisory role with the La Verne Police Department, Rebekah is a member of several industry organizations and serves as a board member of the California CLETS Users Group. She also teaches dispatchers and officers at several local academies. She also holds a planning committee position for training standards with the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO). Rebekah is married with two boys and loves to travel, experience new places and meet new people.
Alexis Rothans

Alexis Rothans began her law enforcement career in 2006 as a Police Explorer with the Irwindale Police Department; 5 years later she was hired by the Pasadena Police Department. She began her service to the Pasadena Police Department as a Cadet assigned to the Records Section, she was then hired as a Police Dispatcher in Communications and in 2017, she was promoted to the position of Communications Supervisor. She feels incredibly fortunate to have been given so opportunities throughout her career and tries to better herself and her department each day. She was elected to the WLLEofLAC Board as a member at large and found the position to be incredibly rewarding. She says the experience "has given me a totally new leadership perspective". She recently was elected to serve as the Secretary and hopes to continue to share her knowledge and past experiences with others in the LE community and strives to inspire others to be the best leaders they can, regardless of gender or position. She have been married to her husband, Andrew, for 1.5 years and in her free time she enjoys travelling and spending time with her Golden Retrievers, Teddy & Remi.
Monica Moreno

Monica Moreno is going on her 10th year of employment at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. She began her career as an Intermediate Typist Clerk and has had the opportunity to promote and work a variety of assignments within the Department. She has been assigned to Personnel, Custody, Fiscal, and has just recently been assigned to the Financial Services Bureau.Monica was born and raised in Los Angeles County. She received her AA degree from Pasadena City College and transferred to San Francisco State University. From there she transferred to the University of Las Vegas Nevada where she earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree. Ms. Moreno remained in Las Vegas, until 2009 when she came back home. Ms. Moreno is married to her best friend who she has known since she was 7. Together she and her husband have been together for almost 20 years, and have been married for 9.Ms. Moreno enjoys theater and cinematic arts, spending time with her two dachshunds, and just started roller skating. Ms. Moreno also enjoys the occasional running and his a avid Disneyland fan. She has has proudly participated in Baker to Vegas, both as a runner and as support staff, and had run in multiple Disney Runs.
Erika De La Cueva

Erika started her career with the San Gabriel Police Department as a Dispatcher in 2010. After 5 years, in 2015 after recognizing that her family was growing and needed her at home, she became a Records Specialist at San Gabriel Police Department, a move that afforded her the unique combination of experience that laid foundation for the next step in her career. In 2019, Sierra Madre Police Department recognized a serious gap in supervision for both their Communications Center and Records Department, and created a Civilian Supervisor position to oversee both. It was a great opportunity and the predilection fit for her combination of experience. In 2019, Erika became the first Civilian Supervisor for the Sierra Madre Police Department. There she served in the role of Services Division Supervisor and was responsible for overseeing the Communications Center, Records Bureau and Social Media group. Sierra Madre Police Department afforded her not only professional growth, but the opportunity to work for great leadership, a great department and community overall during challenging times. In April of 2022, she took on a new opportunity as the first Records Manager for the West Covina Police Department. Erika says "it has been an exciting and challenging opportunity" and she intends to continue to dedicate time and effort into staff development, while continuing to pursue her education and professional growth. She believes professional staff is the key answer to so many of the challenges Law Enforcement agencies are faced with today and she intends to help break barriers that underutilize these professionals.The bigger the challenge, the bigger the opportunity, the bigger the growth.
